Simple Herbal Dog Cookie Recipes

Fresh Breath Dog Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 oatmeal
  • 2-3 tablespoons dried mint
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

  • In a measuring cup, mix oil and water.
  • In a big bowl, combine all other ingredients.
  • Add the water mixture slowly to the mixed ingredients.
  • Knead and roll out the dough on a flat surface.
  • Cut with cookie cutters.
  • Bake in 300°F preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • Leave biscuits in oven until they are dry for extra crunchiness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  • In a big bowl, combine all other ingredients.
  • Add the water mixture slowly to the mixed ingredients.
  • Knead and roll out the dough on a flat surface.

  • Bake in 300°F preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon mixed dried herbs (e.g. fennel, thyme, oregano)

Directions:

  • In a big bowl, combine all ingredients and add water.
