Say "NO!" to Wee Wee Pads, "YES!" to Ugodog
Wee wee pads take a long time to degrade - if you want to be a "green" dog owner, say "NO!" to these pads!
If you are house-training your puppy, or if you have to leave your dog home alone most of the time during the day, you have to give your dog a place to go and relieve himself. A "dog toilet", if you may. It is definitely not good to ask your dog to "hold it" until you return home, as that would lead to health problems down the road, such as urinary tract infections. What are you using as your dog's toilet? Newspaper? Pee pee pads? They don't work too well, do they? In my experience, my dog (when she was a puppy) sometimes chewed up the newspaper and the pads when she was left alone, probably to relieve her frustration and anxiety. Also, her paws always got wet when she peed on the pads and so did my floor. I was also concerned about the environment. Take wee wee pads, for example. They are not at all eco-friendly. Just like disposable diapers, it takes a long time for them to degrade. So imagine all those pads piling up in land-fills ... it is definitely not the "green" way to raise our dogs!
So, what's the alternative?
Ever heard of Ugodog? It is an innovative and environmentally friendly indoor dog potty and house training system. The reasons why I recommend Ugodog are: - It is environmentally friendly
- It keeps the dog's paws and your floor dry
- It keeps the dog from chewing on his own "toilet" (i.e. if you use newspaper or pee pee pads as his toilet)
- Cleaning up is a breeze as well!
Interested? Why don't you visit Ugodog's site and see for yourself? Be a responsible dog owner - both to your dog and the environment. TOP of Wee Wee Pads
