California Baby Sunscreen for Dogs

I ran into a gentleman who has a Hairless American Terrier whose vet told him to use this product (California Baby Sunscreen- no fragrance SPF 30). It's main ingredient is Titanium Dioxide. She works with many Chinese Cresteds (hairless) and has recommented it to them. I was wondering if anyone had tried it and how they liked it or how your company had rated it.
I have an Italian Greyhound puppy with light pigmentation who needs a sunscreen. You'al didn't like the Epi-pet and the scent is strong if you use much. I can't handle scent. One of my other IGs started getting hemangiosarcomas caused from the sun exposure at around 10 yrs. I would like to prevent that in this little one by starting protection early. They love the sun! I can't keep her in 24/7 and she is WHITE/BLUE wild Irish markings so even gets pink in the heat.
I have the list of ingredients if you would like them. The company would like to know if the product is good for dogs. They have never had it tested for dogs of course. It contains NO ZINC!!!
Thanks so much!!!
